Parks Forum is committed to cultivating the leadership capacity of promising young professionals for future park management.

A forum of young leaders is held in conjunction with the Parks Forum Biennial Conference. It provides an opportunity for young leaders to express their views and explore contemporary parks issues with their peers as well as showcase their talents before heads of agencies and parks industry leaders.

The Young Leaders Committee plans and delivers the biennial Young Leaders Forum.
