There are no barriers to participation in the International Staff Exchange Programme. It is open to any organisation and their staff within the parks industry from any part of the world. The International Staff Exchange Programme has two ways to engage: (i) the 'annual' programme and (ii) the 'on demand' programme.

The annual exchange is a process carried out once a year by Parks Forum and parks agencies to find and match suitable positions and projects to candidates. Your agency can be part of staff exchange by responding to this annual Expression of Interest (EOI) process calling for positions, projects and candidates.

The annual exchange programme is now open for registrations. To register your agency's interest, please fill out and submit the registration form below:

CLOSING DATE FOR AGENCY REGISTRATIONS IS 31 MARCH 2012. 

The on-demand exchange programme can be activated anytime throughout the year by staff interested in undertaking an exchange or an agency interested in hosting an exchagee.

Exchangee applications and Positions & Projects applications will open on 1st April 2012. To apply, please fill in and submit the corresponding application form below:

Participating organisations, available positions or projects, as well as registered staff, will be advertised on the Parks Forum website and promoted by Parks Forum.
