Neil McCarthy has also played a major role establishing a strategic management approach to the Parks industry in Australia. 

Neil's qualifications include a Bachelor of Forest Science and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. He was responsible for the establishment of the Parks Forum, the peak body representing Australia and New Zealand park agencies and currently holds the position of Chair of Parks Forum. 

Neil is a Commissioner for the International Parks and Recreation Administration (IFPRA) and a Member World Commission on Protected Areas (WCPA).
